Thank you for your interest in the ThinkBird Experience.
Participants are selected as part of our application process to ensure everyone attending has the right mix of skill sets and experience to optimise the learning experience and avoidance of commercial sensitivities.
We are currently accepting individual participant registrations for 28th – 29th February 2024.
If you wish to register a group booking for an executive leadership team, please contact us.
Submission of this registration form (or equivalent by email or mail) is deemed a binding contract between the applicant and ThinkBird Consultants Ltd for attendance at a ThinkBird Experience, the date of which will be confirmed.
Following receipt of this registration form, an invoice will be issued and full payment is required within seven days. If payment has not been received within, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or to apply your booking to the next available ThinkBird Experience.
To optimise attendee experience the maximum number of attendees from the same organisation (on the same date) may be limited at the discretion of ThinkBird Consultants Ltd.
ThinkBird Consultants Ltd reserves the right to propose alternative programme dates to attendees to ensure the right mix of attendees and to avoid commercial sensitivities between attendees.
Should an attendee become unable to attend the nominated date, ThinkBird Consultants Ltd will accept a substitute attendee from the same organisation. Notification of substitutions must be provided in writing (mail or email) at least 48 hours prior to the course/workshop commencing.
If you are unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms in the 7-day period prior to the programme date, please contact us to arrange a reschedule – no refund will be provided. A substitute attendee may be nominated.
As part of programme materials, an attendee list will be provided including attendee name, organisation, position, and email address for all course attendees. Should you prefer your details not appear on this list please us at least three working days prior to the programme commencement.
The following terms will apply to amendments to the original registration where the individual or organisation cannot provide a substitute attendee from the same organisation.
- Non-attendance on the day of the Experience is deemed a cancellation no refund will be provided
- No transfers are permitted less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Experience
- Cancellation fees below are the percentage of the total price paid

By participating in the ThinkBird Experience, you acknowledge and agree that ThinkBird Consultants Ltd and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries.
ThinkBird Consultants Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided through the ThinkBird Experience. The information and content are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
ThinkBird Consultants Ltd shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the ThinkBird Experience or methodology , including but not limited to errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation, or transmission.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that you participate in the ThinkBird Experience at your own risk. ThinkBird Consultants Ltd disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This liability disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in New Zealand. If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
